A quiet afternoon turned tragic when a 59-year-old man was fatally injured in a machinery accident at the Cintas facility in High Point. Emergency crews responded to the incident shortly after it occurred, but the worker was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities and EMS crews arrived at the facility and found the man had become trapped in a piece of machinery, suffering fatal injuries. Greensboro Police and investigators are treating the case as a workplace accident.
Detectives and crime scene investigators are reviewing the circumstances of the incident. They aim to confirm how the accident occurred and whether all safety protocols were in place. Cintas, the company operating the facility, released a brief statement acknowledging the incident and expressing condolences to the worker’s family.
