Thomas “TK” Burton’s family is anxiously awaiting updates after human remains were discovered in Randolph County, North Carolina. Burton, 30, was last seen on July 29 at citgo gas station in Winston-Salem. On September 16, detectives from Winston-Salem and Randolph County deputies searched a property on Rob Cruthis Road in Archdale, where they found the remains. These have been sent to the state medical examiner’s office for identification.

Almost two months later, Burton’s loved ones are deeply concerned and hope for clarity regarding his fate. A close friend described the last 50 days as distressing, emphasizing the family’s desire for closure. The investigation is ongoing, and Beau Benjamin Martin, 31, has been charged with felony failure to report a death in connection to the case.
