Cosmetics Manufacturer to Invest Millions in High Point & Create Over 100 Jobs

HIGH POINT, N.C. — In a significant boost for the local economy, Governor Roy Cooper announced on Tuesday that Cosmetics & Cleaners International LLC, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, will invest $8.4 million to establish a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in High Point. This investment is expected to create 108 jobs on Brentwood Street, according to a City of High Point spokesperson.

“Manufacturers want to operate in the best state for their long-term success, and it’s positive news that this company chose High Point,” Cooper stated. 

He emphasized North Carolina’s robust manufacturing economy, which is valued at $114 billion, and highlighted the state’s strategic location and highly skilled workforce as key factors in attracting such investments.

New Development from Cosmetics Manufacturer

Headquartered in Miami, Cosmetics & Cleaners International, also known as C&C Industries, specializes in contract manufacturing, filling, private labelling, packaging, and distributing a wide range of over-the-counter topical, beauty, and personal care products. As an FDA-registered manufacturer, C&C Industries distributes products nationwide to department stores and retailers for both national and globally recognized brands.

The new facility will span 108,000 square feet, significantly enhancing the company’s operational capabilities. Andy Boutros, CEO of C&C Industries, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, “This new facility is a significant step forward in expanding our operations and meeting the growing demands of our clients. 

The jobs created will include positions for chemists, line workers, quality assurance technicians, research and development personnel, as well as warehouse and managerial staff. This move is projected to generate an annual payroll impact of over $1.4 million.
