Graham man charged with first degree murder following the shooting of two victims.

Graham man charged with First class- degree murder for shooting, that left 1 dead, 1 with Life-threatening injuries.

A 52 year old man from Graham, whose name was Derick Ramont Spencer has been charged with first-degree murder following a shooting that resulted two victims on Friday night. Following to the Graham police department report, at about 10:26PM on Friday the officers responded to this shooting in the 400 block of east Hill Street.

Derick actions had a destructive effect on two of the victims, leading one victim to death and left another person with life-threatening injuries. Kenneth Uriah Francis, a 29 year old man if Burlington was pronounced dead at the spot, while the other victim a 28 year old man from Graham, whose name wasn’t disclose, was airlifted to a local hospital with Life-threatening injuries The incident occurred recently, prompting police to take immediate action. The suspect is currently in custody, and further details regarding the motive and circumstances of the shooting are still under investigation.
