CLINTON, N.C ( WNCN)- At least, two people were involved in a tragic car crash in Sampson County, North Carolina, resulted in the deaths of two individuals.
The Two People who were involved in a crash lost their lives through the process
A 17-year-old named Daniel Vasquez Gonzales and a woman were in this accident that claim their lives. The accident occurred on January 5, 2025, when a 2013 Hyundai veered off Reedsford Road near Byrd-yancey- bass in the Clinton area, after which a car hit a ditch and trees.
The driver who was 22-year-old, named Angel Moises Bonilla Garcia of Clinton wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and she died upon the impact, this is prior to what the officials said. She and Gonzales were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators cited reckless driving and speed as contributing factors to the crash, marking it as the second fatal incident at this location in two years.
