A Silver Alert was issued Monday night after a 79-year-old man was reported missing in Greensboro. Police responded around 8:05 p.m. to the 300 block of Gar Place following concerns about the man’s disappearance.
Williams Found on Tuesday Morning
Authorities said Williams Carl Royster was last seen at approximately 6 p.m. on Monday. Due to his age and the circumstances, officials moved quickly to alert the public and search the surrounding area.
Police confirmed that Royster was found Tuesday morning. No further details about his condition or location have been released, but officials indicated the situation has been resolved.
