GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Thursday night shooting sent one person to the hospital as police investigate yet another incident of gun violence in the city.
According to the Greensboro Police Department, officers were dispatched at 8:03 p.m. to the 600 block of West Terrell Street after receiving reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency responders quickly began treatment before transporting the individual to a local hospital. Officials say the injuries are non-life-threatening, and the victim is expected to recover.
