Winston-Salem Homicide: 65-Year-Old Man Identified as Victim

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department has confirmed that the victim of a recent shooting, which occurred on August 15, is 65-year-old Jeffery Alexander White. This tragic event has been classified as a homicide, drawing attention to the ongoing issues of gun violence in the community.

The incident took place at a residence located on the 5200 block of Oak Ridge Court. Upon arrival, police found White suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Winston-Salem Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but unfortunately, White was pronounced dead at the scene.
