A tragic incident occurred on Monday night in Greensboro, North Carolina, where a woman lost her life in a single-vehicle crash. Woman Killed in Crash.
The Greensboro Police Department reported that the woman, identified as Felicia Doyle, died as a result of the crash.
According to the investigators, the crash took place around 7:32 p.m. at the intersection of South Holden Road and West Florida Street. Doyle, driving a 2017 Buick Enclave westbound on West Florida Street, allegedly ran a red light through the intersection at South Holden Road and veered off the road.
The vehicle then crashed into a guy wire and a tree. Doyle was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Greensboro Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit. The tragic incident has left the community in shock and mourning the loss of a life.
