GREENSBORO, N.C. — A woman was stabbed and killed early Sunday morning, marking a tragic event in the Greensboro community. According to the Greensboro Police Department, the incident occurred around 3:03 a.m. in the 2300 block of Randleman Road.
Upon responding to a call regarding a cardiac and respiratory arrest, emergency services discovered Brandy Elaine Wright, 45, unresponsive in a parking lot. Authorities reported that her injuries were consistent with having been assaulted and stabbed. Despite immediate medical attention, Wright was pronounced dead at the scene.
